When sitting down with your Coach, you should think about what you want to achieve from each session.  Here are some tips to help you along with your committment to change.

Make a list of your goals:

  • Write them down
  • Use your list to remind you of how far you have come
  • Put your list where you will see it on a regular basis

Be realistic

  • Set your easiest goals first
  • Remember: if your goal is to sail around the world single-handed, you need to take the sailing course first
  • Work towards one goal at a time

Be prepared for set backs

  • Life happens! 
  • Eating too many calories or missing one gym session isn't the end of the world and its not the end of your diet or fitness routine
  • Remember "Tomorrow Is Another Day"!
