Rain Organisation was founded in 2009 and is the successor to Rain Agency, a boutique talent agency working with specific actors and actresses from both the UK and USA, which began in 2005. 

In addition, Larraine is a professional coach and a certified practitioner in NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy working under the name of LarraineB.  She is a registered member of the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Owned by Larraine Bennett, who for over twenty years worked full time in both the public and private sectors in a mix of service industries, the military and the City of London corporate and legal worlds, Rain Organisation is now a collection of small businesses:
