Rain Coaching Organisation was founded and owned by Larraine Bennett who, for over twenty years, has worked in both the public and private sectors in a mix of service industries, the military and the City of London corporate and legal worlds.

Larraine Bennett is a professional coach and a certified practitioner in NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy.  She is a registered member of the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming. 

Rain Organisation provides coaching and motivational speaking to start-up and small businesses as well as personal development/life coaching.

Coaching is journey of discovery - about You.  At Rain, a supportive relationship is formed so that you can underpin and develop your personal foundations.  Think of your coach as your personal builder.  When building a house, the builder has to put in foundations before starting the build.  Each successive level acts as a new foundation for the house.  Rain helps you to put your foundations in place and build upwards so that you can achieve your goals and reach the top. 

Coaching, however, is pro active.  It requires commitment and action from you.  It also requires work on your part, work that will help you to achieve your goals and transform your life.
